Overview
This article explains how an admin can set BCC on the end user’s email Id.
Set BCC
For example, you want a copy of each mail to [email protected] of all employees who sent mail outside the domain or received mail from outside the domain. To implement this, you can take the following steps:
- Login to the admin panel: https://admin.google.com/ac/home?hl=en
- Now, go to Home >> Apps >> Google Workspace >> Gmail
See Screenshot:
- Double click on ‘Routing‘.
See Screenshot:
- You can also click the direct routing URL – https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/routing
See Screenshot:
- In the text area under Routing, enter an email id you wish to add. In this case, we are adding ‘BCC TO [email protected]’. Now, select both ‘Inbound & Outbound’ options.
- Add more recipients under ‘Also Deliver to‘. Then click on Show options. Select ‘B account types to affect‘ and tick mark users. Then, click Save.

Conclusion
By following the above points, a copy of each mail of the employees sent outside the domain or received from outside of the domain will be sent to the [email protected].
