How can an administrator set up BCC (Black Carbon Copy) on the user’s email address for all emails that come in and out of Google Workspace (Google Apps)?

Overview

This article explains how an admin can set BCC on the end user’s email Id.

• Login to the admin panel: https://admin.google.com/ac/home?hl=en
• Now, go to Home >> Apps >> Google Workspace >> Gmail

• Double click on ‘Routing‘.

• You can also click the direct routing URL – https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/routing

• In the text area under Routing, enter an email id you wish to add. In this case, we are adding ‘BCC TO [email protected]’. Now, select both ‘Inbound & Outbound’ options.
• Add more recipients under ‘Also Deliver to‘. Then click on Show options. Select ‘B account types to affect‘ and tick mark users. Then, click Save.

Conclusion

By following the above points, a copy of each mail of the employees sent outside the domain or received from outside of the domain will be sent to the [email protected].
