Overview

This article explains how an admin can set BCC on the end user’s email Id.

Set BCC

For example, you want a copy of each mail to [email protected] of all employees who sent mail outside the domain or received mail from outside the domain. To implement this, you can take the following steps:

Login to the admin panel: https://admin.google.com/ac/home?hl=en
Now, go to Home >> Apps >> Google Workspace >> Gmail

Double click on ‘Routing‘.

You can also click the direct routing URL – https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/routing

In the text area under Routing, enter an email id you wish to add. In this case, we are adding ‘BCC TO [email protected]’. Now, select both ‘Inbound & Outbound’ options.
Add more recipients under ‘Also Deliver to‘. Then click on Show options. Select ‘B account types to affect‘ and tick mark users. Then, click Save.
